This was not the first time nor would it be the last time that the San Francisco Street Artists went up against the forces of the City of San Francisco to allow artists to show and sell their Art on the Streets of San Francisco. This clip shows Street Artists Warren Gellick and Bill Clark resigning from a committee due to an impasse with the City to acquire legal spaces. Former San Francisco Mayor Joe Allioto is also interviewed.
