Charles Evans Jr. - Sergio Rueda "Doc43"

He was commissioned by Hip Hop School of Arts and Little Cesar to paint this mural of movie producer Charles Evans Jr. Charles was instrumental in financing this school and has partnered with Cesar Rivas "Little Cesar".

This piece was all done using Montana 94 aerosol paint and used grey dot and gold dot tips. No stencil tips were used or any brushes.
