Who owns the street? (2013 Adelaide documentary)

Street art, whether it be a thought provoking piece of work, or ugly graffiti or tagging which people desire to be painted over, is a reflection of our culture and reversely art can change or maintain a culture. If people don't want to see the ugly and messy tagging that constantly gets painted over, then we need to shift our social values away from being derogatory and insulting towards human development. Who owns the street? the love of life should be the basis of the art that gets painted. Art which doesn't represent the love of life is unfortunately mainstream.
