Burma Graffiti

For decades, Burma has been held in the tight fist of a military regime. The people were stifled in their voice and their creativity. With a reformist government now in power the country is opening up to the international community and in particular, Western culture. Creativity can now blossom and graffiti has sprung up around the commercial capital, Rangoon. DVB spoke to the artists who express themselves through street art.
