The Davidoff cigar brand hired Public Works Dept. to curate artists to make four pieces to their commemorative cigar boxes. Billi Kid was right on the spot when he curated NY artist duo, URNY, for the job and once again called Carlos Baptista, from Moro No Rio, to document it.
