Public Fair No. 1 Suitman

The recent Public Fair No. 1 art exhibition in Hong Kong exhibited a series of a wide range of international artwork. One such exhibitor was Korean/HK artist Young Kim, or better known as Suitman. An alter-ego of sorts, Suitman is a symbol of disconnect and isolation between culture and individuality that has spawned numerous autobiographical imagery displayed in art shows around the world. In this video, we get a glimpse behind the curtain and character of Suitman, and the inspiration Kim culled from for his Public Fair No. 1 installation.
